A native to the metro DC area, Sarah Brown considers it a joy and a privilege to do business in the city that raised her. As Principal of Bidwell Properties, Sarah is committed to providing her clients with the highest levels of customer service, advocacy, and expert negotiation skills throughout every step of the home purchase and sale process.

Sarah equips her clients with real-time data and market statistics and has a proven track record for selling homes at the right price and at the right time. Known for her sharp negotiating skills, her persistent positivity, and intuition (and yes, her candid honesty too), Sarah achieves successful sales for her clients with attention to detail and focused commitment to the task. 

A Northern Virginia native, Sarah is now a proud resident of the Brookland neighborhood in Washington, DC. During her spare time, she enjoys volunteering in her community, dance parties with her kids, and perfecting her recipe for the world's best coconut cake.

Having grown up in a large and lively family right outside Washington D.C., Emily has always had the innate ability to connect with others and develop relationships both professionally and personally. She brings that skill, among others, to her work everyday at Bidwell Properties. As Operations Coordinator, she considers it a joy and privilege to work with our clients to help them “find their place in the world.”

Emily has a meticulous eye for detail, a tenacious work ethic, and approaches every project and challenge with professionalism and a positive attitude. She firmly believes in being intentional, and leads with integrity and kindness in all things. She has always had a creative spirit - as a child she would enjoy mapping out floorplans and accompanying her parents on their trips to showrooms for renovations and ideas in their own home. 

In her free time, Emily enjoys practicing yoga and meditation, spending time with her family and friends, and getting outdoors to travel and explore.

As a child, Rhiannon wanted to be a teacher, doctor, lawyer, social worker…any and every job that would allow her to work with and be of service to people of all backgrounds. She easily found her passion in real estate which gives her the ability to creatively serve people from all walks of life.

Originally from Charlottesville, Va, and relocating to Northern Virginia as a teen, Rhiannon can appreciate both the small-town charm and big-city vibe. She is passionate about her neighborhood and city of Alexandria and is dedicated to making sure every client loves where they live just as much as she does.

In her free time, she enjoys daydreaming about her $6M dream home in Old Town, cuddling with her two cats Sherlock and Barnaby, and exploring and supporting local and small businesses.
